We looked at a month of reports from 100 stations. Here is what we learned about when to fill up.
Deliveries and pressure
Most Pune CNG stations get their tanker deliveries in the early morning. By late evening, the busiest pumps along the ring road often run low on pressure, and queues grow as auto drivers finish their shifts.
When to fill up
Across a month of reports, the shortest waits were between 11 AM and 3 PM. Early morning is quick too, once the day’s delivery is in. Avoid the hour after 7 PM if you can.
Verified stations
Stations marked Verified were 30% more likely to have a fresh status, because their staff update it themselves.
Using the app
Before you leave, open GasView and check the pin colour and the wait. At the pump, a ten-second report keeps the map right for the next driver.
